Refund & Exchange Policy

We want every customer to feel confident and cared for when shopping with us.

Please take a moment to read our Refund & Exchange Policy before placing your order.

Refund Policy
A refund can only be issued if the order has not been shipped out.

 

 

Once your order has been dispatched or handed over to the courier, it becomes ineligible for a refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Exchange Policy

We understand that you may want a different length or texture, and we’re happy to help.

You may request an exchange if:

  • Still in its original sealed packaging, and
  • The request is made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If the item you want to exchange for is unavailable, we will issue store credit for the same value.
Please note:

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
  • Items that have been installed, brushed out, washed, altered, or tampered with cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
